I have begun to use Dragon Knight more. He isn't that bad, considering he is a phat tank. 4 HP per second regeneration, HP+ items with Heart. You won't even need Dragon form unless its the last one. I don't really learn it, his real power comes from his two damage spells and his heavy hit point regeneration.

As for my sucking in dota, its not the heroes I have problems with. Its how I fight in battle, I am too cautious! I run like 20 yards when I only need like 5 and I usually get double teammed and triple teamed alone. Sometimes, its what I have against who I face. So yeah, I need to practice more.

For Pudge, you get the strength bonus whenever you get a killing blow. SO yes, you'll get the 1.2 strength whenver you kill a hero with rot.

Personally, I'll max out rot and meat hook first, wth dismember at level 6,11 and 16 with flesh heap after i maxed out meat hook and rot.

use the standard annoying combo of hook, rot + dismember. Farm your way to 2 rings of health, boots and 2 aegis.

Earthshaker is my favorite hero of them all. He's incredibly powerful, and not boring as crap like Naix/Leoric and all of those other 3x passive skill heros. I just started playing him last week, and I really regret repicking him in -ar games. I wouldn't dare use him in a 5v5 game because that would be rather painful to keep your exp up early on, which is his weak point. Once you hit level 7, though, he turns into a killing machine. While your hero(s) at your lane take some risks that they shouldn't because they've been smacking you around all game and stay within close proximity to their massive amount of creeps, you charge in, enchant totem to trigger aftershock, cast echo slam to trigger it again, and if they are still alive, fissure them. If they have about 2 waves worth of creeps next to them, you can consider them both dead. Echo slam is very similar to the Lich's frost nova, except that you WANT it to hit creeps. It bounces way more, and every time it hits an enemy, it deals about 35-65 (depending on level) damage to all nearby creeps. If they have 12 creeps next to them with level 1 echo slam, that's 420 damage from that splash alone, plus the 1-2 times it will hit the hero. Can you say GG? However, unlike most heros reliant on spells, he remains kick ass the entire game through. Ehh, I'll let my replays speak for themselves... No deaths in either one.

In those two replays, they were noobs. They were just the only replays I bothered saving that I had of me using the hero. So far, I've only really used him in 3v3's and 4v4's, and I have yet to have died with him out of 5 games. I wouldn't bother using shaker in a 5v5, since he really relies on getting BoT's and a blink dagger quickly, and he's no farmer. If you get both under about level 16, it doesnt really matter how good the players you are facing are. Unless they're a pretty heavy disabler, they won't be able to stick around unstunned enough to hit or cast on you more than one time. And if I catch them near the creeps and I have mana at about level 6 (works with ranged heros at the necro's range also), echo slam can usually kill them in one hit, unless they're pudge/doom/magnataur/centaur/tiny..

I'll try to get a replay of me using him against decent players sometime. Keeping no deaths against fairly good enemies hasn't been a problem since anyone who doesn't lag and has any experience at dota shouldn't die before about level 6 with a strength hero, and keeping alive is insanely easy once I get a blink dagger. Usually against good players I don't pick this hero because if they decide to gang me early on, I'm fairly useless. I rely on the blink dagger!
