Another high velocity damage spell is Magina's Mana Void, that is though if they cast it if they have no mana instead of full mana

Hmm there are actually quite a number of high velocities. Lion's Finger of Death is one. Rhasta's Serpent Wards when your enemy is pinned down with Shackles, etc.

In my opinion, you should be able to see not only your hit points, but also the mana of your selected unit. Like a small blue bar, that would help you decide when you can MV without having to click on the target and hope he has 0 mana.

By the way, we are second in the views/replies. But we need 50 more to surpass the Fave Dota hero thread.

the heroes you SHOULd be scared of:

terrorblade, troll, slardar, lycan, faceless void and naix

the others, there's always some way to stop.. these ones when equipped get nearly unstoppable.

notice how many people suck with all these good heroes, pudge, naix, visage, antimage, etc. So far ive seen 1 people whos good with soulkeeper, other hmm 21 or 23 are either from 1-3 to 0-23.

i never fear any intel heroes
i've seen worse i was necrolyte, and there was this naix who sorta sucked but got the leavers item. 1vs1 i didn't use my ult but still won with 20% hp left
or this noob antimage.. it was plain horrible. he had like 75% hp, he blinks to techies, they fight, he goes like under 400 hp. i was expecting techies to sucide, but they fight, until antimage blinks away with like 5 hp. techies had about 300hp. With the last fire from techies .. he owns antimage in 1vs1. Saddest thing i'd ever seen

i think naix is overrated. i used to play him alot but he has way too many nerfs, anyone that says naix is good is probably still living in the past. naix's tanking abilities aren't as good as other heros, sure he has mad leech but if he gets ganked by other heros, in a situation where any other tank can survive and win, naix will lose if 3 stunners own him. avitar? it isn't enough to own the entire game... i used to love naix but now i usually repick him.

also in the beginning, get as many gauntlets if you can so he has around 600-700 hp.

i dont know why people and sange and yasha. I prefer getting satanic, higher leach. How'd about speed bonus? its small percent, naix is pretty fast and with helm of dominator he can dominate the big satyr which has speed bonus aura.

my build:

satanic 1850 + 3200 + 1200 = 6200
buriza 2800 + 2600 + 750 = 6000

+25 strength, 75 dmg 2.2cs, 23% life steal

looks like top is better, but! 120 (50) base dmg at lvl 25 isn't very pleasing + hero reduction dmg reduction. The beauty of the satanic build is ur naix won't die easily he has low hp, but he can 1st death pact creeps, which is like +450hp, and everytime critical strike goes off 200dmg x 2.2 420 dmg 63% leach will result into getting about 264 hp in return while top build gets you only about 100hp in return per hit.

people need to stop treating naix as hard ass stone that won't die, thats only when naixs get fed. I play naix amazon bow style, low hp but steals loads of hp. Plus you want to kill the opponent fast as possible, you dont want to stall till avatar goes off get stunned by someone and let them escape.
also i prefer getting dagger for naix, works pretty well. for chasing and as well as escaping. remember to farm with dominated creeps>

but overall the main problem with many begginers in dota is they think they can read some literature off the net and expect to "own." The items you get are situational, the best item is the most effective item vs your opponent. Like i see fletcher getting crytalis vs when theres naga and lina. Which is really stupid.

sometimes sange and yasha will be the best sometimes not. that's the difference between newbies and experienced players they know what to get without reading 10 hrs of guide and still do ok.

I am not if it does. But the speed of his attack + his vamp aura makes up for it. Also one of the few dota heroes that never required trigger spells. Next to Knight Davion, Slardar, Sven, Bradwarden, etc.

There are many crappy dota players out there, I have seen a noob Naga siren try to net me and attack me when she had 3 life left, hoping that my Dragon Knight wouldnt attack her.

attackspeed still counts but the critical damage is better. Also the stun by the centaurs in the begging game while killing heroes really helps.

Because Sange and Yasha has something that most heroes need. Maiming, attack speed, damage bonuses for some heroes. Its an amazing little item.

Just last game with Angelo and the guys (the cove squad). I was playing a lich that had Sange and some bracers, I guess someone didnt want thier hit points in bad shape. Any item can benefit any hero, just some not as well as others. Example is giving Davion, Guinsoos Staff. He can hex for 3 seconds, but he doesnt really need the +25 int, you would be better off with Eye of Skadi or Satanic for him!

I've never gotten Double Edge before. Stomp/Stats seemed to be better.
