He'd spam the hell out of the forum and was using something like AOL where he didn't always have the same IP address so we couldn't IP ban him. Sometimes it would take us an hour or so to clean up the mess. He was rather persistent about it, and if there was no admin or mod of that forum around at the time it would really build up.

lol he sent me like 10 emails with messages all in capitals. Half the words in each sentence were swear words. I had no idea who he was, but by the time I found out what really happened, I was too annoyed to care. Maybe I'll unban him just to ban him again.
