What you will play-The tryouts will consist of, each team playing 4 halves(15 rounds per half) we will be playing death match throughout the tournament. The winners will proceed throughout the rest of the tournament in a bracket style. Once a clan has lost 3 of the 4 halves the winning clan will proceed. In the event that each clan has 2 wins after the 4 halves. We will proceed to a sudden death match, the winner of that sudden death match will move on in the brackets.
How it will work-We will begin taking entries on Sunday May 29th. As we begin receiving entries the money that we receive will be put into an escrow(dead account) and held there until the end of the tournament or until the tournament is called off. The price is $100 per clan. If we do not receive 50 entries by the deadline which is set below.
The tournament will be called off and all clans will be given back their money. We will be using 5 person clans for all games. If your clan has 10 people, you will be allowed to enter the tournament twice however for the tournaments duration your clans must be under separate names, for us to be able to determine the winner in the end. The tournament will start August 1, 2005 and run until all games have been played.
How to sign-up-Signing up for this tournament is very simple.
1. You will first need to send us an e-mail to

Clan Name
Names of ALL members
Clan URL (if you already have one)
Preferred style of play (death match, etc.)
Favorite weapons to use
Contact for each player in the following forms:
AIM and/or e-mail
2. Once we have received your e-mail we will put your name into our database
3. We will then require that 50% of the $100 entry fee is paid. If in fact there are not enough entries we will refund your money in full.
4. Once the deadline for all entries is received, we will make a full tournament bracket and send it to each clan. On the brackets you will see a time, and date for which your game will be played. We are going to try and play as many games per day as possible. So please come promptly to each game. If in fact your clan is late in excess of 30 minutes late you will be disqualified for that particular round. If you are late another 30 minutes after the original 30 minutes the entire match is over, and you must forfeit and leave the competition. There will be time for warm-ups 1 hour before the tournament is set to begin.
5. Once the tournament is over the clan will be given their prizes
The Prizes!-The prizes will consist of:
A CSS game server, free, for 7 months. The clan has a choice of public/private 11 man server.
A full website designed in the clan’s name
Free domain
Free web-hosting for domain, for one year
Other goodies throughout the sponsorship period (stickers, t-shirts, ect.)
Over $1,000 in prizes!!!
Duration of sponsorship-We will sponsor you for one full year. Though the game server hosting will only last for 7 months. After the 7 months we will give you the game server at half price. If in fact you no longer want the server, the sponsorship will go on. We will continue to host your site, and point your clan out as our CSS sponsored clan.
Backing out of the tournament-If at any point before the tournament entry deadline is reached, your clan decides to back out of the competition we will refund your money in full.
Deadline-The deadline for the entries to the tournament will be July 27th. After July 27th your clan can still signup but at an increased rate of $125. Which must be paid in full
Completing payment-Once we have accepted your clan into the tournament we will require half of the $100. On the date of July 26th each clan will be sent an e-mail reminding your clan that the additional $50 must be paid or else you will be disqualified from the tournament. From the time you receive this e-mail your clan has until July 28th at 6:00P.M. to complete payment. If payment is not received by this time and date, no refund will be given.
