They're a jewel among animation.

| OVAs are made usually by a different team of animators for pure fun...or for the devoted fans who wanna collect stuff...they go straight to DVD never on TV, they're not meant to be aired.
Thus the delicious ammounts of blood in the Kenshin OVA :dance
