10% IAS
5% Enhanced Dmg vs Other Player (woot)
+20 All Resistances
Lvl 3 Slow Missile (25 Charges)

Ugh IK and Individual_1 your ideas are always WAY overpowered and you both try to compensate by taking away, and usually minimally to other areas...

who cares if it will never happen, none of these ideas are ever gonna happen. none of these items are gonna appear in a future patch or d3 if it comes out. and we are just having fun makin items, so u make yurs, we will make ours, otherwise just stfu.

So I'm just saying that those items you brought up are only good on Open Bnet for that is only where they'll exist.
