Normally they'd bann someone prevouisly banned if they knew they were on a second account. But not w/ tweak. "Oh no, lets bend the rules for him...." | No, you haven't. If they wanted to irradicate the user of the account, then they would IP ban. I do believe you are fully allowed to make a new account. Now, if you said that I will be getting my old account back, then yes, probably. But what about Gaheadga? He has been banned many times  | |

| That's what I am saying, in any other case beside you, they would have been ip banned for sure. Hell, I have seen porn "guru" been ip banned for posting porn in the chich thread, which the post was delted .
