Yeah I know that. Hell I joined before Eric did too, we joined the same month along with Jason's offical join date.

Ancient is given to ex-admins, or people with a join date < Jan 2003 that have had some contribution to the forums. And also the approval or Roach or Eric at the time. You two would have been considered elders.

Jkar at the moment, the only problems I have seen of him are in the Asylum, and that BF Guerilla thread. He promised me he would cease and I hope he does. But the retarded thing about his actions is: He used the forum as his vent for showing me what the hell was wrong with it. All he had to do was message me in MSN, post it on Bstaff, or PM me without having to resort to trolling/flaming of somewhat innocent members. And the only thing I did wrong was not read carefully that thread when I posted that crap.

Laharl it was the fact neither of them could ever get along. Laharl complained a lot about what was wrong with this forum, Eric & Roach didn't appreciate that coming from a sub-ordinate. But now me and Donny are running this board, and I certainly will hope he realizes how much of a jerk he was at the time, and fix those actions. But even in the MSN convos, I still can't reach him sometimes. The reason he is doing too much outside his forum is because his R/D team isnt arriving too fast (he has a few members) and he isn't doing enough actions to find out what the hell are they doing. The only thing I did wrong here was I didn't tell you guys that Laharl will be temporarily enforcing the rules outside, at least until his section is operational.

But they have one thing in common, they both can't stand ignorance. Its the reason they like *******s in the first place. They both somewhat see stupidity, regardless of real or joking as ignorance. They both get too serious, and they resort to thier negative actions. But they need to realize that they cant break the rules just because everyone around them understands "one language". They both know I can easily revoke thier permissions and replace them with more capable and liked people. But even then that is a problem: A majority of the people that are liked, either hate me or I dislike them. And it may interfere in the grand scheme.

I for one am on thier level. But I just find it a problem to communicate with the public. If people would hear my side of the story, and understand it to some degree, then I would be happy with that at least.

Take you for instance, you are telling me some viable problems without making me look negative, and I am responding to them without making you look negative. The same goes for Mike, hell me and him seem to get along well in that DC Marvel thread, plus his idea for the Comic and Music forum is a good idea as well.
However, because Laharl and Jkar sometimes go a little too far, they are hard to communicate with.

Like and Dislike doesnt really have anything to do with it. The only thing it serves is as a benefit of trust. Basically, if I can't trust you with much, then I see that as a liability. But if I can trust you, then you are pretty much mod.

Sure it doesn't. That's almost as big as a joke as you actually believing Jafars bull**** about flaming/trolling for MONTHS as a protest for the 'failing' rules when the only person breaking them was him.

I was being serious about that like and dislike aspect. You just don't believe me, which I am getting from the fact you think its all one big joke. This is exactly why I am finding it hard to communicate with some people here. You just believe your opinions and the side of the story of the person who was affected, not from my side because either you don't trust me, hate me, or believe any bull**** you guys make up from my posts.

Also, I wasn't the one who gave Jkar Global mod permissions in the first place, I barely knew him at the time he was added.

And nobody really came and spoke up about it over those months. All I really saw were more flames and trolling over the timespan in the Asylum.

And I said, Jkar shouldnt have been an idiot, came up to me without using the forums, and say there is a problem with the way things were operating.

This has to be a joke. It's got to be a bad dream because this forum has progressively gotten worse and absolutely nothing has improved since kinkarso took command, infact it got extremely worse now that it's being run by mentally unstable kids with obvious inferiority complexes.

You're only saying it as a joke, because you feel negativity towards me for the fact Jkar and Laharl are treating the member base like **** when they themselves think the member base is ****. And the only thing you have against me is member complaints and the fact that "friendship = promotions". But I guess I can't reach you.

We know this forum needs improvement. Its 2008, Blizzard's popularity and/or interest is declining, and so has this board.

But the problem is Donny and somewhat I feel the only way we are going to get things done, is if everyone is willing to cooperate. And the fact people are trolling and flaming everywhere at every second is not exactly helping the situation.

Hate us if you will, I don't care. But the way things are going to be done: either BF blows up because nobody can't get along, or nothing new gets developed. But until we get some cooperation, we aren't really going to find new interesting ways to develop this forum. If we did the development now with people not gettng along, we would have 40 page rants about each thing, nothing would get done, and the forum would be FAR worse that way.

1. Comics and DnD aren't more interesting than Blizzard games. This is the worst step this place could take. Let's make a section on POGS while we're at it.
2. Jafar was doing 90% of trolling/flaming in CC following the 10% of other members being provoked by him.
3. Inspiring cooperation isn't by putting two of the most hated members into staff positions. This mistake has been repeated over and over and over and over.

Just like the failure to listen to the members.

You say friendship doesn't equal promotions, but if you promoted either of those two failures for some other reason then it must be because of their likeability, professional attitude, maturity, and/or ability to moderate.. Then again they've both failed in these categories before..

1) They can be. If the person who manages said section makes it LOOK like it is. If they are willing to get dedicated people to help out thier cause, and then get the affiliates and everything necessary, than people will gladly join it. Getting to this is the hardest part about starting a new section. Those sections that failed couldnt get this far or didnt get enough time or chance to do so.

2) You've said that 3 times implicitly. Jkar needs to be dealt with somehow.

3) Yes, but not ONE person can be loved by everyone, and not ONE person can be truly despised by every single person here. I am a fine example. People like me, and people hate me. But Kinkarso still PMed me to be admin, and I accepted it provided I got teh manual to AdminCP so I don't do anything that would break the system. He barely even knew me, he just trusted me. Even today, with all that is happening, he still does. If he didn't, I would be joining you guys as normal members rebelling against.

Laharl of those qualities has some professional attitude and maturity from what I have seen. So far I haven't seen him flame or troll anyone and nobody according to the Reported Post section since he became mod. He knows that he cannot act like an ******* in fear that I will revoke his permissions. And I have already stated that people need to watch out for his posts too, as I have higher authority than he does.

Jkar though might be a problem if he doesnt shape up. Because before the rules got so badly enforced, he was breakin' them all. Yet people didnt really report him doing so. If we had some reports and evidence against him, he would have been a normal member by now and half of BF's problems with staff will be snuffed.

Wing Zero and LordNevar I am not really sure about.

Besides, that Music Section I want Mike to run it. He is liked, can have maturity when not provoked, but his attitude at times might be questionable. And his past with previous people might also be a problem. As it is with ANY member. But I am willing to do this because it's his idea.
