But some general information:
You gain points by:
~ Posting in forums outside of The Void
~ Creating new threads outside of The Void
~ Having someone view your thread (per cookie per session) (+0.10)
~ Winning the lottery (hasn't happened yet
)
~ Having one of the incredibly stingy BF members donate to you
~ Gaining interest in the bank
You LOSE money by:
~ Buying items via the RPG system
~ Abusing the point collection system (explained later)
~ Losing a battle (You lose all money on hand when you lose, but not that in the bank)
For obvious reasons, it could take a while to get up and running. Hence, it pays to be active! There are quite a few active RPGers at BF who are willing to help you out. Not via donations though.
