Alas, being female one really has a disadvantage with the upper body. When I was into bodybuilding (and hopefully I'll be getting back to it!) I did mostly squats and deadlifts - my legs and back weren't quite as pitiful as my arms!

My hair is a bit longer now and the red streaks have faded to blonde, but otherwise I look about the same! |
