| Favorite Race v.49931 To be honest, I haven't seen one of these polls in awhile...
Fairly simple, pick your race above, and pick your two favorite units of that race you can't get enough of.
Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a unit you prefer over the others for one reason or another, even if it's a Tier 1.
I'd have to go with Terran for preferred race (probably having something to do with most newbs at StarCraft end up going with Terran to start off), and Ghost/Tanks for my two favorite units.
While not the best combo to use together, the Ghost, like almost all Terran units, provides useful abilities. Whether they're actually taken advantage of is always up to the player, however I voted them as one of the more underused Terran units awhile back simply for that reason. Lockdown is a Godsend.
Tanks, on the other hand, are one of God's most beautiful creations. Levels like LT and Dire Straights beg for their usage across the terrain. Again, very weak on it's own, but I'm beginning to suspect I have a growing fetish for them.

| i voted toss because i just go brute force with them, but with terran im known to be a pain..
like this one time on lost temple map someone was sending tanks and marines into my base, tanks in front units in back.
i LD his tanks then Irradiated his marines while my ghosts (all 50 of them) all concentrated fire on tanks (his LD tanks blocked his marines from gettin to my ghosts).
i love ghosts, i choose them over marines most times but i chose toss because DTs, Dragoons, and a Observer never fail me

| What IS a good counter to brute force Protoss players? I mean using bulky Terran buildings to block out intruders, and a lot of tanks always work well, but aside from that it's pretty much useless trying to defend if the Protoss player has a clue.

It's the terran. Toss plays by using flanks, and guerilla tactics(picking fights they can win). Just so ya' know.

| in all honesty, if i was playing a serious melee game.. zerg - hydra and defiler.. I HATE CANNONS >:O if a nydus counted as a unit, i'd use that instead of both of the other two put together.. i think it's one of the most underrated buildings

| Underrated? No.
Underused? Yes.
Go into any 3v3 Shared Base Money-Map game though, and you'll see it used all the time between two rivaling Zerg players. Best used when there's a Terran to comsat enemy base, and the Zerg waiting to plant it's Sister Exit.
