Use siege tanks,goliaths and a lot of sci vessels for terran.

Use dark archon's mealstorm and the high templars psi strom.and use reavers.

and on zerg use dark swarm with hydras and use the queen's ensare

If you are zerg yourself a counter may not be very easy. Having defilers to give plague on a group of hydras or mutalisks. If you are protoss its not such a big problem. You can use carriers and scouts to confuse the attackers. If terran a good ground force can take them out. Siege tanks and goliath are essential.
