ok here it is...try this....

Condition:
-Always

Action:
-Create {#} {unit of choice} at {Location of choice} for {Player}

then after they are killed however.....

Condtition:
-{Player} brings {0} (Unit of 1st trigger} to {Location off 1st)

Action:
-Wait {#}
-Create {#} {unit of choice} at {Location of choice} for {Player}

the WAIT action on the 2nd one is optional....if that dosnt work tell me and then tell me how he is killed and everything on how u are doing it. ur welcome.

Map_Hunter's example would work, except for the last trigger you should remove the Wait, and add Preserve Trigger to the end of it.

Also, you don't need his first trigger. Just place the original units manually instead.

Here's mine that I used from a MASSIVELY rigged yu-gi-oh game I made for laughs and giggles (Not to be distrubuted).

You simply check for deaths, spawn the unit at the location, then remove a death.

It's kinda funny.
