Cannot Create More Units. HELP

Okay. This is not really a UMS question.
So I was paying the (8) turbo then edited it. I stacked 20 minerals right next to each starting location. But while in a UDP game. 3v4 an error message came up saying "cannot create more units" however the computers could.

this was Melee not ums

The maximum units(Buildings included) you can have in any StarCraft game is 1650 units.

Yeah, basically anything adds to the total unit count. Even map revealers are included in that. I made that mistake on an early map once
