AIscript Mod quiestion

I am curious. Can a AIscript like for example, "TURN ON VISION FOR PLAYER 1" be used in a mod?. If so can it be done on a mac?

I have the AI script. It comes with Staredit Emerald. But I tried loading it into a patch and nothing happens. I must of did it wrong. The editor you suggested does not work. I can see other people on the page complaining. It was last updated november 1, 2004 so I assume that its being fixed right now.

I don't have a mac so I don't know much about programs that work with mac or not.
What do you mean that you tried uploading it into a patch? What's wrong with just having the AI Script into the game?
I don't know if mods work anymore with the Starcraft patch 1.11.

What is the gundam mod?. Is it a unit mod of an AI script mod?. If you mean in the game as in a "map" thats not what im talking about. I am seeing if it is possible to load a trigger like this; Players: All Players
Conditions: Always
Actions:Turn on shared vision for player 1....2345678
Preserve Trigger
Can you save that trigger from the editor and load it into a mpq patch?. If not is there another way to do it?.
