Renaming Powerups?

For one of my UMS i wanted to have the ability to rename the Powerups. The powerups are Young Chrysalis, Psi Emitter and all that. They don't seem to be in the unit and hero settings under the Scenario menu. But i've seen the Psi Emitter called Saruman's Bomb in a helms deep game. How do you change the name's of powerups? Which program do i have to dl now?

i already have SCXE. I've probably just missed it. I'll check again when i get home.

In the units settings, click Neutral Units then click Powerups. They should all be there.
