There is a maximum ammount of strings you can have in a map. I'm not strong in this subject because I haven't had to worry about reaching the max yet. I think the max is 1024. A string is:
-Comment
-Renamed Switch
-Display text message
-Transmission
So anything that requires text with some exception like units.
A string editor is basically a lazy way to rename your stuff.
Well the string editor can only change a string already. It can't create any(atleast I don't think so). So create a string in SCXE and then go to the string editor in SCMDraft2. Click on the string(should be the text you created). Creating colors in the string is done by:
