cloak beacons?

i know htat u disable them but how u make trigger, mine wont work

im not really sure i heard my friend say it once wasnt quite paying attention, thats what remember he said, might be different... Anyone else got something to comment/edit/improve apon my trigger? or just plain ol say the trigger? lol:P
