Unit Colors
Are there any other programs that can change unit colors other than scmdraft, scmtoolkit? (i couldnt get scmtoolkit to save the color changes, I would select the color I wanted,but after I clicked on something else it would go back to the original color.)

StarForge does. Keep in mind that the map must be a .scx for it to work, and if you open it in StarEdit (or any variant like SCXE) the player colors will revert to default.
