I'm sorry, would you repeat the question about 20 more times.

Then try the readme files that came with the installation, in your program menu, to answer what the differences are.

Then, if you know what the original editor does, that came with your copy of StarCraft, the rest should come with experience. If the original editor is beyond you, don't use the X-tra Edidor until your ready.

I second that.

SCXE is for more advanced users that make more advanced maps than StarEdit can handle. Get used to StarEdit before you move on to SCXE. But... if you're that anctious(sp?) to download SCXE, check out the adress in Crookedfoots sig.

i agree i handle the staredit program really good but scxe is a big step up and it takes a little getting used to even if you can handle staredit
