Rare maps

Rare maps are in danger. The problem is that maps go off unapreciated. People who dont know the map dont join them or even try. When good maps go unapreciated, Bnet becomes quiet borring. One thing that makes UMS so good is the diversity. If we dont spread rare maps enough, Bnet will become a borring, bland place to be. Even though there are many new maps created often, they all may not be the best or worth spreading. So if you have any rare maps that you think needs to be worth spreading, then please do so.

Yeah I know, I used to have hundreds of maps that were rare and good, like this awesome Protect the Queen map. Too bad the computer it was on is now in some city dump somewhere

I got some old ass UMS maps that i love and still spread like this zergling map(6 players gather money and biuld defense to stop wave after wave of lings very very very very very very very very very very hard but it is so fun, so mabey youll jn it one day!

falsename is really right. all the good i mean REALLY GOOD maps go so.. un appreiceated. all the good maps are forgetten and the many fair things of the world will fade...jk ... anyway all the good maps r forgetten and sc bw BattleNEt becomes dull stagnat and boring. But one map i lost a loong time ago is the best ums map i have evre played. Kyprion Pact. Well i hate to say it snipering games r coming back into sc put of course there a hell of a lot better thanks to heimadl lol and starforge and i have many rare and old maps and i dont kno the point of turret defence how boring i hate it ultimate cannon defence was one of da bests but of course it went out with the rest of the RARE maps but ive got many of these good maps such as frooger craft, pac man,pac girl,ice bound,cream-E bound 1 and all his obsticales and also Cipher2002 stuff

A rare map that I like is called The Path of the Jedi (UMS). I have it, but its pretty big. It probably took a LOT of time to make the map, because its huge, and has everything

The maps I want are . . .

Lurker Defence (first defence maps) i belive this was created by mystic- but im not sure. It has 5 vertical islands and each player gets there own set of enemies. it claims the purpose of the map is because if idiotic placement of lurkers in maps. At the end EVERYBODY WINS, as in you can't lose.

The first Maxtrix map. sqaure terrain, one way, and when you went into somebody elses area your units were given away to the player who owns that area. I belive the map is created by Big-Fat-Homo

First Turret Defence. Very lame, just build turrets and the path is a simple path that goes down. I belive it was created by [Ghost]Yoon

Bunker Wars, The first madness to my knowleage. They were playing this 4 years ago. There were basic heros and each player spawned there own unit. The bunkers are placed in a simple circle with no defineing terrain features. no mass attack.

Here are Horror maps for your benifit
House of the Haunted V1.2 My Horror Map that i finished last year. This unarguably one of the best maps of the genre.
Alone in the Dark Maps 1-3 This is ages old and remains the best Horror map series ever created. This and Alone in the Dark 4 is created by MultilatedPuppet.
Alone in the Dark 4 This is the largest worth while map i have ever downloaded (5 megs) It is ages before its time and truely a work of art.

I have a nice Civilization Emerald 1.6p which is VERY RARE. I like it the best not the most played crappy Civilizations out there right now. This one holds how diplomacy is played but combines civilization in it. By Making it the exact gameplay as a diplo but some buildings u can build 5 times for tech and then units will auotmiatcally transform into whatever. Its like an expansion to Diplo

You have to keep economy, army, and tech up. The most played shity ones you have to get an economy and army. Tech pretty much revolves around economy. And civilization 1.6p has nice big islands .
