LotR vs. Last Alliance Map

since im too stupid to firgure out all the SCM Toolkit stuff, and i can't find a map protector that works... Does any one have an unlock version of LotR vs. Last Alliance map?? i know there's a couple out there, i have 3 different versions of the map, one is orginal, the other 2 where changed by some guys who had an unlocked version. so... just tell me where to get one, or talk to me about it later.

A map protector? Then you need GuEdit. Click here. It's a good site, and this one has sum FAQ's in it, so if your wondering about something else, this might help you.

No, i dont want a map protector. all the map protector thingys and such have to use java, which screws up my comp. and some other program wants me to uninstall starcraft or something, which i'm not gonna do.

I think you mean unprotector, instead of protector, if you're saying you want an unlocked version of the map. And to that, I say:

1.) Map unprotection is generally considered a no-no in the mapping community, and for good reason. I won't go into the whole discussion about map stealing here, again, so just use common sense.
2.) LotR v. LA is a ball-saggingly old map, with untold legions of spinoffs, "improvements", "enhancements", and every other possible modification a map can have. Pick something more original.
3.) If you're "too stupid" to figure out how to use even SCM Toolkit, then I doubt you should really be doing anything with the map in the first place.
3.) Even though it's been ripped off to death, if you were to do it, you should still at least credit the original authors.

That's all I have to say.
