Over Lapped Buildings

How do you completely overlap buildings with a StarEdit Enhancer. For example, a Gateway directly over a Missle Turret, or Barracks. I've tried 2, and only some buildings can completely overlap. I've tried Emerald Edit, StarEdit SE. Gimme some other options, I'm too lazy to search for anymore. Also, is there a Map Protector that DOESN'T require java, cause java screws up my comp so...

Mineral Stacks
I posted how to stack minerals here. Just change the minerals to buildings and it should work. Also, SCM toolkit is not java and has a map protector in it.

wtf? Im sorry but that made no sense at all to me. ... how do you change the coordinates of stuff anyways?

SCM Toolkit.
Open the map with that then go to the units tab.
It has the list of things on the map. You select what you want to move then change the coordinates in the boxes.
