how do i make it where every time i kill 1 guy i get 1 min or gas? is it possible

Hyper triggers, then the following:

Conditions-
- Current player has at least 1 Kill Score. (this is not the same as kills count for units, as there is no known way to alter that number in starcraft and you need 1 trigger for each possible value that you want to award a point for)
Actions-
- Set Kill Score to 0 for Current Player.
- Add 1 mineral/vespene gas for Current Player.
- Preserve trigger.

Something like that.

First make a trigger like this:

All players

Always
---
wait 0 <-copy this as many times as you can
preserve

or you could use SC trigger
