| When you place a trap or door in the installation tileset with original staredit, the data for it is stored in the doodad section of the map. However, when you place one with SCXE, the data goes in the unit section.
I'm not sure if you can use the create units trigger to make traps, but I doubt it.
The doodad state trigger can also make traps unable to attack, I think. That's what it was originally intended to do: traps and doors.
