go to www.www.stormcoast-fortress.net
NOTE: YOU MUST DOWNLOAD WINRAR TO INSTALL SC x-TRA EDITOR!!!!! GO TO http://www.rarlab.com/ TO GET IT.
AFTER GOING THERE GO TO THE DOWNLoads section. you can
find the version u need somewheres, i assume u have windows, i would get the first one listed at the veeeerrry top.
have fun wit it

Well.. only if you download from that site... I believe I got SCXE (StarCraftXtraEditor) from : http://www.uproductionz.cjb.net (It was a setup.exe thing) Maybe RARs take shorter to dl, but then you have to dl WinRar

About the winrar, wouldnt winzip work? cause i think it reads *.rar files

My version didn't, when I tried to download hacks from www.zophar.net. I don't have the latest version (I think I have 8.1 or something) I don't think..

They have said it several times. http://www.stormcoast-fortress.net has it. Why all the other websites and stuff? stormcoast has an installer with it too. at least it did with me.
