Map Help

Hello, I am new to the forums and am just starting to get into the map making thingy. I am working on a ums map and me and my trigger man C.E_Crossfire are doing pretty good, except we can't get creep to come from the buildings because of the type of terrain I picked. Is there any way to make it so that the creep builds no matter what terrain I am using?
I would really appreciate any help you guys could give me, and look forward to reading your replies.

Re: Map Help

the better question is, what editor are you using...sum editors obey b-net (i mean...really ...)

Basiaclly, try a new editor, Starforge works great with terrian+creep, also allowing 1x1 squares of MULTI terrian, makes a nice map, and same with SCMdraft 2, try those 2 editors...

Re: Map Help

I've been working on maps since I first got StarCraft (because I thought that was the coolest thing PC games ever made) and I still own the Demo CD from PC Magazine of StarCraft and got the game less then 1 month after it came out and I'm going to have to say "No" you cannot have creep appear on a terrain that doesn't allow buildings. Even though Forge and other special editors allow players to mod the settings of just about everything but not what terrain allows and doesn't allow. I can't say that I'm 100% correct about this because I'm not a modder but in my opinion im at least 99.9999% sure

The burning of buildings, and the killing of men, the degrading method in "Never Again". The same people in the side of truth have brought wonders and maybe the end too. Nuclear weapons as it seems can destroy everything, everything without natures approval of removal of man kind cannot be rewind. So I say unto thee, "Words Of Wisdom, Let It Be".
