Storm Trigger.

hello all!

Im making a map and i want to emulate electricity in 1 part, i think the best way to do this is with a templar's storm, Here goes the question :

Is it posible to use a trigger to make a templar use storm?? Do i need a special program or trigger?? How can i do this?? i guess this is kinda like the "share vision trigger"

Erm its posible its a long way.
i did it with scan sweep ( Comsat Sweep )
With Starforge.
i thinks its posible to do it
