Just need help with one trigger..

I want the corsair's disruption web to spawn two units and I don't even know where to start at..

You want to have a location dedicated for the disruption web. Also remember that the disruption web is NOT owned by the player who owns the Corsair, but is owned by player 12 or some other player that we don't know about. Given that information:
PLAYERS
-Your desire
CONDITIONS
-All Players bring atleast 1 Disruption Web to Location.
ACTION
-(You can decide if you want to remove the Disruption Web or not, just remember to remove it for ALL PLAYERS.)
-Create 2 units at Location for Player.

I've figured it out, so nevermind.. thanks for the help though.
And here the trigger(s) would be:
Trigger 1:
Players:
Whichever ones you want this to apply to. (Although I believe it'd be a much better choice if it was just one person)
Condition:
-Always
Action:
-Center location labeled '[Insert name]' on Disruption Web owned by all players at 'Anywhere'.
-Preserve Trigger

Trigger 2:
You'd do what Lwek said (above).
Just make sure the location you put in for where the units are to be created is the same as the one that is being centered on.
