Cannot connect!!! help!!!

hi ive been trying to fix this problem for about two weeks now and still no luck. When I stary connecting to bnet it gets to the part where it says "accessing acc" and then a error message pops up says ubable to connect. It also gives me some crap about using a dial up network but I use DSL. I turned my windows firewall of but that didnt fix it. I also have tried almost all the solutions in the bnet support site and that hasn't done nything to help me. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.:smile:

i cant connect to us east or west but i can connect to asia and europe

Well I can't connect to any of them. The connection scree get to where is says "connecting to fastest server" and then the error message comes up saying "cannot connect to battlenet. if using dial up please connect manually..."(I dont have dial up so thats not the problem) I really dont know what to do. Can somebody please help me?
