Maybe not.
In the beginning of the E3 2005 Single Player Gameplay Trailer, it shows a Siege Tank destroying something.

You are correct, I did see that videos more than once and it did look like that.

Then I read the FAQs again. MAN!!! I got egg ALL OVER my face!

Yes, there are calldowns still.
This update looks more for the muliplayer part, not single player.

Plus, the release looks like the first half of 2006. But that's just a throw-in date. I hope its for Christmas, or..before then. lol
