| Yeah but.. I wonder if that's something new? Or like a minimized science vessel?
Because the game ones obviously are bigger, because you know there's that wierd guy inside em.. |

| Actual Explorer-class science vessels are far too large to fit inside any kind of structure. What is seen in those pics is a smaller drone. I wouldn't be surprised if the same designers behind the Explorer also designed this smaller drone.
You can't have valuable vessels at every place you may need detection equipment at every base, so they employ much smaller machines to do the same job.

And to ThyMuse please try not to flame, if you don't like someone flame the hell out of them in The Asylum. (or just PM them using this nifty button ) |

It is a game, yes. But it is fun to speculate on these kinds of things, to rationalize what can and cannot be done. Indeed, this in in another universe, but every universe has their own laws, and we are seeing to it that Blizzard obeys those laws.... well, I am at least.

| Omg, seriously. Has this issue not been resolved here?
In the Blizzard map, Deception, the "science vessels" are floating around the installation. Note their NEW names: "Observation Drone"
These are the new, smaller types of movable detectors.
Also note the other names... like the Goliaths are now name Defense Robot.
Also, a very interesting name for the SCV is, Specimen Collection Vehicle.
Siege Tanks are now, Tower Cannons.

| SCV always ment that, didn't you ever read the manual?
also it is gay to rename units, i mean i 4 year old could come up with something better then defence robot and tower cannon. also it is not a tower cannon in its other mode, so would u call it double barreled gun tank?
