| The new Zerg... What would you like to see from the new zerg?
For me, I think some new interesting buildings that can rebuild themselves in another base would be nice...For instance let's say Base A is being attacked and you don't want to lose your hive, so you instruct your hive to rebuild itself in Base B and give it a minimum time limit before it completes it (for fairness).
I also would like to see a mega melee unit that's a little more kickass thent he ultralisk.... |

| I bet the Ultralisk if it still exists will get another big upgrade- somethng that might put its 20ft long tusks into use instead of hitting just ONE unit and the rest of his blade harmlessly passing through the next unit.

| Ultralisk is most likely getting a shockwave upgrade thing.
But what they need to do, is make Ultralisks have the burrow ability, that would be SOOOO live, it'd be like "SURPRISE ULTRALISK ATTACK!". |

lol i don't know if you can hide something that big under a rock.
i would like to see some new anti air units. the hive thing is a nice idea i think they might update how canals work, buildings could "burrow" itself and go to another area on the map as long as there is already a creep.
be like the teleporting photon cannons

| The ultralisk would take more time to burrow and unburrow, kind of like the lurkers, how they take a second to burrow and unburrow. |

Thats a pretty good idea LB. I am sure they would tax it with a time to rebuild itself and possibly resources in order to do so. I would imagine it would take less time than the original to build but cost more. As you said it would only be fair.
I just want the game to be better than the original. Something that will keep me coming back for more just like the expansion did.

| hives having attacking tentacles like the sunken colony would be nice- as an upgrade, of course. let it have decent range and damage like the sunken- that of course would make Zerg players hella happy in a fastest-map-possible where players usually mass 10-15 hatcheries.
another infested unit would be cool (a Toss version)
Plus the HYBRID UNITs will be sweet. If there are no hybrid unit(s) I will have my account banned permanantly.

| Re: The new Zerg... I remember reading on the Internetz somewhere an idea for a Spike Colony--Hydralisk DNA crossed with a Spore colony. A Spike colony would 20 15 damage, fire at the same rate as a Spore Colony, and most importantly could fire at air and ground targets, making them a biological sort of Photon Cannon.
That sounds real nice, and maybe have the Spike Colony try and "slouch" into the creep to avoid return enemy fire. OOH, have the Spike Colony, when units get within 3 radius of it, lash out with tentacles that spring out of nowhere, that pick up units and rip them in half! For infantry at least, and maybe just bash vehicles a lot.:bounce: |

Though drop it to 2 radius, and keep the damage small but a low cooldown to compensate. Gotta have limitations somewhere. |
