According to Blizzard it is still too early to say the system requirements, not to say the release date. I'm looking forward to a beta just like war3 roc 1.00 beta, even that won't come sooner than May-June 2007.

At this rate, they're going to take another 10 years. And by then the consumers' expectations will be so high they might end up disappointed that SC2 doesn't live it up.

I would play with you, but I've lost my CDs in some unopened boxes from all that packing. As for SC2, probably gonna wait until sales go down a little.

Disagree. Warcraft III didn't hit the minimal requirements and Starcraft II is a 3D game more demanding than Warcraft III. They may hit today's minimal requirements but that isn't the widely accepted standard.*

The game was announced THIS year! How can anyone say they are moving too slow? Is this a joke?

system requirements are probably close to that of C&C 3.

as long as it doesn't take 2-8 years to release it should be ok.

That doesn't mean it wont have similar system requirements.

QFT. C&C3(at least to me) set the standard for system requirements of upcoming RTS titles. most rts games with exception to supreme commander should run fine on most computers.

My computer is solid, but it can't run most of the top-notch games, so I hope SC2 will run on it, it looks like its graphics aren't too much for my computer.
