Stalkers

Let's talk about them.

I predict that blink will be an innate ability, costing no energy and only having a cooldown (Speculated to being roughly 8 seconds). You might need to buy the upgrade, but who knows. I'm sure the range will be adequate and balanced.

I think i'm going to stalker rush someone's SCVs in my very first melee SC2.

i think it'd cost an energy..... well if not i will definitely abuse that skill to teh max! tehehe

but i have a feeling, stalkers will have same attack types as vultures (the ones where it does full dmg to bionic units, but minimal dmg to mechanics), or something on that line

it doesn't look like their damage will be all that impressive, and the distance means they will only be used to scale cliffs and get out of traps.

They'll probably be high in the tech tree. You know, after Dark Templars.

Also, stalkers attack air. Does this mean immortals can't now? I'm hoping they(stalkers) do normal or explosive damage. Toss already has a bunch of infantry -killing units as it is. (Temps, reavers, colossus, etc)

they are doing that to **** with our head.

But remember this ispre-alpha things are probably being switched daily, so it could have been both unlocked at e3, but now it is moved to twilight council in the time between e3 and that article. who knows.
