The Growing Trend

I left all of you on such bad terms. A pity I should say for most of you deserve better. Over the past year, I have witnessed more rumors of SC2's coming then ever before. Most are as mine was, without basis or fact, seeded upon weak trust I should say. Some have used false facts and good reasoning to hide the blatant lies they contain.

I have returned to Battleforums because I have been inspired by a particular thread in Blizzforum's SCII rumor forum. In it, a man claims to work for Nvidia and then seeds his argument with diversion, intimidation, and finally gracefully backs out after he is caught. A fun read for anyone who likes to follow hoaxes.

In more pressing affairs, I would like to apologize to all of you for my egregious thread "Info from an Actual Blizzard Employee". I went to far and for that I am truly sorry. In some hope of crude amends, I present to the court of popular opinion a list of five names hoaxers have been using.

The whole point of SC2 forum is to have rumours spread, Whats so bad about these false rumours anwyays? gives hopes for some.

True the rumors give hope, but think of the despare they cause after said rumormonger has been found out a fraud.

People should prepare themselves for the inevitable downfall of the rumor itself. Rumors shouldn't hold any ground. That's what makes them so good They're up in the air and anything could happen, I suppose.

Anyway, you seem sorry for what you have done and now are trying to justify your movements throughout the Forums on the Inet. You blacklisted a few names, don't think that doesn't come without a few negative effects. =\

Thank you though for coming forward, against the odds, and telling us that the rumors aren't true.

Its not a matter of believing if the rumor is true, its wanting to believe that it is true! I want to believe that the rumors are true. I really do, I think we ALL do.
