Leo: good job kid. looks like you'll have another scar to add to that collection.

Simon: i cant fight for 5 months...

Katie: why?

Simon: none of my new organs have fully grown yet but im sure i can get through some how.

Katie: well...when this is over, we'll take you back to base.

Simon: k.

Leo and Katie walk out of the hospital to some other area

Dexter walks up to them and salutes leo returns the salute

Dexter: so we are one soldier short then?

Leo: yea but we have a job to do.

Dexter: i got bad news for the kid. Tek was destroyed along with his gear, he couldnt get back into Simon's armor fast enough.

Leo: hmm thats unfortunant. Tex and Tek were both good friends. looks like your stuck with ivan Tex

Tex: uunnnn i hate that guy

[Final Warrior]

Leo: We need to get going. This is a covert mission.

Dexter: COVERT?! How the hell are we supposed to be covert against an army of Nagalisk on this goddamn planet?

Leo: I don't know... but I do know this. We don't have enough supplies for a full-out planetside war.

*A man rushes up to Leo and strikes a salute.*

Leo: Yes?

Man: Message for you.

Tex: I'll patch it through the comm systems... listen up, DM squad!

*A message is patched through. The voice of a grizzled Marine is heard. Sargeant Lasik.*

Sargeant Lasik: DM team, if you people can hear me, listen up! The Admiral has sanctioned a battalion of troops for the upcoming battle on the planet. We will be sending in as much firepower as possible. That means you'll have piece of the Air Force, the Naval Forces, the Marines, Army, you name it, you got it. Sargeant Lasik out.

*All was quiet over the public suit comms. Then a voice, or rather, two broke through.*

Leo & Tex: Hell yeah.

Dexter: it would break the kids heart if we told him whats happening

Leo: hm?

Dexter: he loves battle so much...if we tell him we are going to meet the Nagalisks with a battilion from the sargent, he would try to join the fight. i think its best if we let him rest.

Simon: you cant get rid of me! i dont want to be left behind!!!

Dexter: listen eavesdropper, you will go back to your bed and rest. i dont want to see you coming a long

Simon mumbles something and stomps off into the hospital.

[Final Warrior]

*The team rests for a day, stocking up on weapons, doing repairs to their Gears, especially Simon's.*

Leo: We need to get an AI for the kid...

Tex: Don't worry about it. They keep carbon-copies of all of us, so that when we pass our life-limit and "die", so to speak, they can use the copies to replicate us. Tek will be back.

Leo: Hope so.

*A day, then two, then three pass without any news. Then, on the foruth day, Tex patches through an incoming message.*

Sargeant Lasik: Attention, DM Team! You calvary has arrived. Prepare to recieve us at the capital city at 1800 hours, Standard. Sargeant Lasik out.

Leo: DMT, let's go. We'll need to muster as many available Guerrillas. Arm up, get ready, run your diagnostics. We need to move. We'll be recieving Lasik in 7 hours. Let's go!

*Leo heads off to the Armory and pulls out his weapons. He arms his suit and goes to his Apollyon Gear, which he named Epsilion. He goes with its original weapons that he had selected.*

Epsilion's weapons:

2 High-powered Beam Rifles
2 Beam Gatlings
2 15 shot Missle Launchers
1 Arm-mounted Combat Beam Cannon
1 Beam Saber
2 High-powered engery cannons

EQUIPMENT

2 generators (slows down Gear, but adds more energy)
1 Radar Ranger
1 Shield Booster
1 Removable Armor (Increases DEF, but lowers Speed)

OOC: In case anyone forgot, the Apollyon Gear is a Heavy Gear, meaning it's slow, but carries more weapons than the Light or Middleweights. It also has a few more Equipment slots (I think...).

Dexter finishes fixing up Simon's battered gear and smiles

Dexter: there we go. all Fixed up. too bad the kid cant make it.

Leo: woah, talk about brought back from the dead

Simon's gear is now fully operational. all limbs have been reattatched and the low light/jetpack have been repaired there is a "beauty mark" on the torso of the gear where Torque's needler gun hit.

Dexter: i did my best. couldnt fix enough of the alloy armor. the needlers beati t up badly.

Leo: good job anyway.

[Final Warrior]

*Four of the seven hours pass. Everyone is armed out and are piling into their transports. This time around, the DMTs take a fully armored war transport instead of the UNSC Dropship. They fly off to the international capital of the planet. The city is name Cota d'Azura, just like the planet.*

Leo SL01: Whatever happens, show no fear, show no surprise, show the enemy nothing. We are their nightmare, not the other way around. We shall strike quickly, silently, until the calvary arrives. Dexter, take control of Codop's team. Alpha team, you have 1/4 of the guerrillas with you, as does the rest of the other Teams. Command them well. Remember, no sacrifice is made in vain. Great warriors and leaders ensure that. Keep your men from making the ultimate sacrifice as much as possible!

Ryu A01: Roger.

Leo: Honor and glory unto thee, my Warriors!

Dexter: I hear ya, SL.

Tex: And don't forget, never go the way of that idiot bastard Torque... Semper Fidelis unto thee, Humanity!

Everyone & the AIs: SEMPER FIDELIS UNTO THEE HUMANITY!

Lead Transport Pilot: Watch it! LZ's looking hot! Bombers, make your run now! Inteceptors, escort the Bombers! Fighters, cover us!

*The battle is joined in the air, as the Plasma Bombers of the guerrillas fly in along with their Inteceptor escorts. The Plasma Bombers begin clearing a spot of the Transport landing. In the air, guerrilla fighters are working full-time from covering down the Transports, protecting them from the Nagalisk Inteceptors and Wyvern Heavy FIghters. Kate activates her psychic powers, along with the rest of the DMT, to provide cloaks for the transports and to keep the Nagalisk pilots busy with hallucinations. The Bombers cut off their raid, clearing a good-sized hole near the Nagalisk frontlines. The transports land, bay doors opening to unleash a flurry of heavily-armed guerrillas and the DMT AI controlled Gears. The DMT disembark and fire into the midst of the Nagalisk. Epsilion's Beam Gatling tear apart a line of Infantry Nagalisk and shreds a Nagalisk Lord.*

Tex: ...

Leo: Jeez... their must be at least 15 thousand of them... not counting Airborne untis and Tanks...

Ryu: We're gonna need a hella lot more guns before this op is finished up...

the army of nagalisks plunge into the guerilla forces. a large BOOM is heard and Leo looks to where the sound came from. a lone gear holding a grenade launcher and shooting an anti gear missle blowing many Nagalisks to bits.

Leo SL 01: SIMON!!! what are you doing here?

Simon: well, ill just go back to the hospital and let you get overrun

Leo SL 01: OKAY OKAY you can stay and fight but im amazed that your in a condition to fight.

Simon: its called bribery heh heh

[Final Warrior]

*Epsilion's beam cannons fire off, blasting apart a large chunk of the Nagalisk force. The Bombers, refreshed and re-armed, make anoher bombing run, into the center of the enemy. A few are lost, but in their last moments, they crash straight into the Nagalisk forces and detonate their last explosives. The ensuing explosion neatly wipes out about 1/16 of the Nagalisk.*

Leo: Dammit, what the hell is it that they want here?!

Simon: the doctors told me that there is a secret weapon capable of taking out a Nagalisk Capital ship in 0.5 seconds! they must want it to destroy HQ!

Leo: your persistance in bribery astounds me Codop

Simon fires his last Anti Gear missle and loads another two in. Leo notices a strange pack like thing on the back of the gear with two pods sticking out of the sides.

Leo: whats that on your back Simon?

Simon: its a Jaguar engine. all gears have them. yours are on the inside. without the engine the gear is as useless as it without a head.

Leo: I see...

Simon and Leo's gears go back to back shooting rounds at enemy nagalisks. then the unthinkable happens

Simon: uh oh...Leo we got enemy gears headed due west!

Leo: Damn, Torque really did give them the designs. brace your selves DMT! this will be the final, most difficult round!

[Final Warrior]

*Epsilion jets off, heading to intercept the opposing Gears. A radio comm message is patched through.{/i]

Sargeant Lasik: YEEE-HA! GIVE 'EM HELL, BOYS!

*Sixteen transports, 4 carriers, and 9 battle cruisers land. ALl the troops, weapons, and vehicles are unloaded right in the middle of the Nagalisk. The battle cruiser turrets and cannons fire off, along with Bombers launching plasma torpedoes and Fighters and Inteceptors covering down everything. Marines surge out of their ships and transports, fully loaded, wearing de-graded suits just like the DMT. This new oncoming force decimates everything around them.*

Leo: Holy ****... I thought you said a battalion?

Sargeant Lasik: I did? Well I must have been mistaken, or you might have not gotten my message... aparrently Simon's daddy wanted ten battalions and vehicles to match.

Leo: Tell him thanks. And Simon?

Simon: Yeah?

Leo: You're one lucky son of an Admiral.

Simon grins over the vid screen and then he resumes shooting Nagalisk ass.

As the battle drags on, Lasik looks at Simon's gear

Sargent Lasik: you did good kid.

Simon: thanks.

Soon, Nagalisk Lords aproach in full sheilding

Simon: time to test the needlers

Simon drops his empty grenade launcher and pulls out a nasty looking Nagalisk Needler gun and he passes rounds out to everyone

Simon pumps needler rounds into the Nagalisk Lord's sheilds but they arent phazing it

Leo: Damn! We're gonna need- *explosion* ****! Simon, move! We're gonna need some heavy arty!

*The lead bomber pilot radios in.*

Bomber Pilot Lead: Roger. Give us a target.

*Leo activates a laser sight and marks all targets he needs downed.*

Bomber Pilot Lead: Roger. I have your info. Initiating bombing run. Clear out.

Simon: woah ****!

Simon's gear puts on the wheels and wheels off away from the bombs raining from the sky.

Dexter: damnit! im out of ammo!

As the bombs fall the nagalisks have a glint of fear in their eyes again

[Final Warrior]

*The bombs hit the ground, blowing apart gigantic holes in the Nagalisk group. Bomb after bomb after rains down, and the plasma heat wash within a kilometer of each bomb strike is so much that the Marines and guerrillas have to get behind specialized plasma shielding cover, and the DMT's shields go down.*

Leo: Damn damn damn!

Simon: What?

Leo: They've got reinforcements!

Simon: Shi-*BOOM*

Tex: Leo, the Admiral has requested that you use the new weapon to torch them all down.

Simon's gear lies in a heap on the ground

Simon: damnit damnit DAMNIT!! I wish Tek was still here...

Tek'Mavik: Hey again boss.

Simon: TEK!!! Hurry and get this gear online again!

Tek'Mavik: on the way cheif.

Tek begins repairing the vital systems and Simon gets the gear back on its feet.

Simon: YEEEEEHAW!!!

Simon begins blasting anti gear missles and pepperbox rounds at nagalisk while at the same time dodging the blasts from the bombs

[Final Warrior]

Leo: I'm going in! DMT, follow me up! Keep your AIs working your Gears, best plan of attack! Keep the Nagalisk off us! Let' go!

*Leo pops out of his Gear, his weapons systems automatically activating and firing off at the surrounding Nagalisk. Leo pulls out his AR-78 and launches a napalm frag into a group of aliens, blasting them and torching the ones nearby. He turns his attention to an approaching Nagalisk Lord, which draws its blade. Leo activates his suit's beamsaber and advances, taking the agressive manuver. As he closes in, he ducks under a swishing blade and rises along with it, brining his saber up, the plasma heat wave knocking out the shield generator and cutting through the thick armor of the Nagalish Lord.*
