| *Deep in a trance-like state, Trias subconsciously pulls out his Shard and holds it before him. Kane watches silently as he looks at something he holds in his hands.*
Trais (distant echoing voice): May.......May......
Kane (to self): What is Trias speaking of? He keeps muttering the same word again and again...Aphra! I need you to stand a bit closer to me for a moment.
Aphra: May I ask why, elder?
Kane: This damn thing Trias gave me isn't working. *shows his shard. As Aphra approaches, it still does nothing* How the in the name of the Nine Hells does this thing work! *he throws it randomly and it strikes Trias's Shard, bounces off, and returns to Kane, glowing.* What an o... *Kane is thrown to the ground as he sits in the same position as Trias and also begins whispering the word "May"*

| *Trias ignores Naran`or*
Trias: Kane's Shard is very,... unique, his shard does nothing until it comes in contact with another Shard. It then coppies the ability of that Shard and conveys it to him. Since my Shard is not in use at the moment, his has also gone dormant.
