| Ok, can't keep it in any longer...
BattleForums.com is going to start a contest that will hopefully outmatch all the ones in the past. It is currently in the planning stages, but here are a couple of things that you can expect:
- Prizes will include an 8GB Ipod Touch shipped, Amazon Gift Cards, and more... - no guarantees yet
- It will be POINTS-BASED (eg. good posts = +points, etc)
- Only members of BattleForums.com will be welcome to participate
- There will most likely be first, second, and third place winners
- There will be mini-contests within the actual contest with additional tangible prizes, as well as points towards the actual contest
I'll be spilling more beans as time progresses. If you have any comments and/or suggestions, now is the time to give me a shout.

There are obviously other ways to gain points. The point of this contest will be to promote quality discussion on the forums and stir things up to get us back on track. This contest can definitely be anyone's game. | |

He's talking about reputation in vbulletin mods, a rather useless addon that lets members give reputation to each other.
We had it before, but Eric always removed rep from people he didn't like, and added to himself, so it didn't really worked.
In any case, who will be giving out those points? All staff? | |
