the old boxing club and gym a few blocks down plays wicked music, but all the older Origin Unknown tracks like Red Planet get me going. cant seem to find it on youtube, but the Misdome remix was awesome..
I went to a Bleeding Through concert and bought a Cd of thiers that came with a extra CD of music from bands that are on the same label (Bands like Bleeding Through and Walls of Jericho) and it does nice when I'm doing push ups. Rap can give you a rythem but metal will make you more energetic, assuming you aren't completely biased against one or the other.

She danced around and round
To a guitar melody
From the fire her face
Was all aglow
How she enchanted me
Oh how I’d like to hold her near
And kiss and forever whisper in her ear
I start every workout the same song (which is kind of sad) Slipknot- Before I Forget. For some reason that really gets me pumped up. I usually follow it with metal/hard rock (Killswitch Engage, Pantera, In Flames, Trivium, Metallica, Machine Head, etc).
