| Reputation system how do we add or subtract someone's reputation points? I see where it can be done to mine but all the others just has that gay "report bad post" in it's place. How are we supposed to raise rep if we can only decrease it?

| First, we have to code the skin to increase or decrease your Reputation.
How it works is this: if you see a good post, you can add Reputation points to it, and if you see a shit one, you can decrease reputation.
Unfortunately, with the Asylum in place, I doubt bad Reputation would be viable, so removing the decrease Reputation function would help.

| Yeah, but after about a week is anyone going to bother with the rep system? I doubt I will. |

| I'm a member of a forum with a rep system. I'm not a huge fan of it since most people aren't mature enough to keep their rep adding to the post itself and it's usually about the person their repping.

I added Reputation before.
But it did get strange after a while.

| Believe it or not, it is meant to be for all users, though you can remove some users say, under 100 posts, from adding or subtracting Reputation.
It is meant to be a global thing, where users can rate their members based on what they say, rather than post count.
Speaking of post count, where should I stuff my 10,000th? (9,999)

| Ok, this is all nice, but my question was "where is the rep button?" there is none except on mine, and i cant give myself rep. and on everyone else its that stupid yield sign. I know how it works, but I can't see where theres any way of using it.
my sig is fine Blue, It is 274x300. yours is like 352x175. so why are you saying its bigger than 500x200? |
