I have been playing diablo since 1995, even before i got internet connection and i have never felt offended like i do today due to crashes, lockups, ****ups and whatever its called - does anyone else share my bad experiences with blizzardnorth, you are most wellcome to contact me
He's on about the fact that Battle.net servers are lucky to be in one piece, let alone running at this point. Especially since WoW keeps draining the good ones away.
