I believe it depends on your postcount. There are certain titles you get when you have a certain range of posts. Like, after 2,500 Posts or so (somewhere around there) you get the Bolded title of Battle God.
I think he was asking about the 'Testing Usergroup Permissions' group.
Back when I was working on the Anniversary, I needed a special group that could I would be able to add and remove members without administrator access. That was the best way to do it.
