| Another sig..not as good
Version 1 
Version 2 
(Version 2 is not much differnt but I added a render I made in C4D into the Background  )
This one isnt as good as the last sig I made. Open for suggestions, compliments, or questions.

| Its actully very easy, all that I did was: Make a new layer made all that white stuff as you see in the picture, and changed the Opacity of that layer to around 25%, to change the layers opacity just open the layers window (Windows>Layers) and select the layer you want to make translucent or what ever and chaneh the % by "Opacity".  Hope that helps.

| Either use homemade/downloaded brushes, or just miakes um right on the spot by possibly using shapes tool connected to small little lines you make o_o
