I need some helppppp

Point me in the right direction, give me some pointers, some hope here, every time I go to brush this I delete the layer. It's horrible. I love the render, and want to brush it, but not smother it. Tips?

I only have MS Paint, so I don't know how to brush it.. however, I do know how to make it look happier! I hope that helps :huggles

Step 1. Ditch the ghey avatar
Step 2. Put some white on the very brightest parts, all the highlights are just a light grey. (not too much you will kill it)

I think it's cool as ice. It's nice, I especially like the shattered light effect.

you could brush it and set the opacity low, so that it creates a transparent "film" on top of the already existing layer

and can u plz teach me how to make that
