i think it looks cool, i dont like the border though, but otherwise its cool..

do you think i should reduce the size of the border or just lose it all together.

Its alright but the border looks like poo. I would go back and take it out or make it more defined (1-2 px solid black)

look for images from either of these comics:
Squee!
or johhny the homicdal manicac ( JTHM )
try to find a image at google or something..
have some more detailed pictures if u can and for JTHM ( his name is Nny) try to find one of him and a victim or one of him doing a pose of somesort...
