| ok gies need your wisdom
im helping cortalos out by redesigning some sprites that are bigger and better for the online rpg on this site.i need someone who can direct me to one of those editors with special effects.or 1 that can help me draw these 100 width 150 hieght characters.

| can zomone direct me to something like idraw characxter program?but make sure it only needs to be unzipped.and udont have to clikc on a setup.exe to install the files.

| i have service pack 2 and i can isntal some programs jsut not them all .
