hmm now i cant see the background pic on the right did u duplicate and color burn? or did u move the Levels?

Sorry for messin with it without ur permission but idk i think it looks better in black green instead of white green, unless u were going for a different view

Probably messed with hue/saturation.

I inverted first and like Malcom said messed around with the hue/saturation than also messed around with the Levels

#1 composure (of the first one) is fair good (i am assuming that you designed the background and blended it with the image to the right), the text's font and color sucks though. the avatar (if you designed it and it's colors) is superb.

#2 bland, almost novice

#3 the black background enhances it a lot, the green makes it look eerie - very cool, however still looks like it was created by a beginner
