Ok, I'm looking for a (preferrably freeware) program that allows me to take a gif and a sound, and then combine them into an exe/avi/swf at a reasonable size (10MB or less). I currently have a)Ulead with shitty codecs and an exe packager that won't loop the sound and b)another program that turns my 2 MB file into a 31 MB avi/mpeg. Anyone know where to get one?
You could try using a .swf decompiler and replacing the images and music to what you want, and then exporting it as a flash, if that's what you wanted to do...
