Needs more of a fade on the reflection and no gap between the "air" and its reflection. Looks sleek tho, kinda like a business logo thing.

I like the gap there, it makes it seem that the "air" is sitting on the floor. But, you are right about the fade thing. I think you could develop that into a nifty little site banner.
